At BOBHEAD, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your item isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and labels are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
